Do you offer returns or refunds?
It is a privilege to have you as one of our customers and our mission at CARLA SHAW Sustainable Fashion is provide you with the best shopping experience possible.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible upon the delivery of your jewelry by sending us an email at carla@carlashawfashion.com . Include your order # and the reason for your return.
Please know that all returns must be made within 45 days (not business days) of the delivery date. The returned piece(s) must be unworn and in the original packaging. Upon inspection of the returned piece(s) the process is initiated for the customer to be refunded to the original method of payment. It usually takes from 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be completed.
We at CARLA SHAW Sustainable Fashion reserve the right not to accept a return if the conditions are not met.

How quickly will my product ship?
The product is usually shipped on the same day - if ordered by 5:00 PM EST - Monday through Friday.
Is this jewelry super fragile? Will I break it?
Each piece in our collection takes approximately 45 days to be produced from the manual harvesting to the final product. Our procedures include quality control checks at each step of the production to guarantee pieces of top-notch quality. Our collection is as fragile (or as strong) as any piece of fine gold jewelry you can purchase and requires the same care.
Where can I learn more about caring for my jewelry?
With each purchase of a CARLA SHAW piece of jewelry, our customers receive instructions on how to better preserve their sustainable piece of jewelry, which are:
- Avoid exposing the jewelry to chlorine or salt water.
- If the piece gets dirty, wash it with warm water and a mild liquid soap.
- Avoid direct contact with perfumes and creams.
- Store them in pouches or soft bags.
- Avoid excessive sweat (e.g. exercising)
